    we greatly enjoyed this beautiful hotel and had a comfortable time. the room we had included central heating, a safe, and multi-channel tv. great and best possible location for visiting restaurants and cafes next to the property.

    The lack of a proper spa area is a letdown. You've got a sauna and treatments, but if you're looking for a jacuzzi or steam room, you'll be disappointed. The corner room placement near staff areas wasn't ideal, as morning workers created noise disruptions.     The airport collection was excellent, as the representative waited patiently while I searched for a missing suitcase. My King Room was notably quiet and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. I enjoyed fresh vegetables during meals and appreciated that leftovers were packed for lunch the next day. While the staff at the reception and the concierge were friendly, the overall dining experience at the Oriental restaurant was just okay. Some areas of the hotel could use updates to match the five-star quality expected here.

Modern and pleasantly decorated room, everything was excellent. - the staff were excellent as I expected. - I booked a room with a good bed, a safe box, cable channels, and a mini-fridge bar. - Loved the incredible breakfast and had a very comfortable stay overall on vacation.
